Ascent product Returns procedure

All Ascent Eyewear products are eligible for returns/exchanges 30 days from delivery date, with no exceptions under these Ascent Eyewear return/exchange/refund policy.
- Send the unworn and in like-new condition products back in the original packaging. See the return/exchange process below.
- All items including Ascent soft case, hard case, lens changing glove set must be in your return in order for it to be considered for return or exchange or replacement or refund!
Step 1
- Send a return email request to speedysemail@gmail.com. Send pic of item and the reason for return in writing and your order # with date of purchase.
- Once Ascent receives your email request, it's approved. Ascent will send you a Return # that must be written CLEARLY on the return box front address side of the box you are returning your items in back to us. Please note that the return authorization # is only good for 30 days. Any returns received after their 30 days authorization date will be refused and returned back to you.
- Then Drop your package off with the appropriate shipping carrier and keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number.
- Please make sure to obtain a drop-off receipt for returns, we are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged by the carrier or shipment center. The drop-off receipt is the confirmation of the return. If you are sending the return using your own carrier we are not responsible for returned items that we do not receive. We do not reimburse for return labels paid for by customers.
- A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed and a credit will be made in the original form of payment used, usually within 7 - 10 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Please note, that international orders & Meta Orders (Facebook, Instagram, & Marketplace) are only eligible for returns and not eligible for automated exchanges.
Please note that Ascent Eyewear reserves the right to refuse all and any return, refund, exchange requests.
ORDERS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS or Refunds!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
All refunds must be made/requested within 30 business days by email to speedysemail@gmail.com. We will notify you once we’ve received your request. All returns must be in its own packaging and include the item and all its associated items such as soft case, hard case, inspection gloves and spare lens if ordered. If approved for a return a return authorization # will be issued to your email. The authorization # is only valid for 30 days. If we get any returns after 30 days of issue of your return authorization # it will be returned at your expense charged to the card used for your purchase.
Once your return arrives and inspected. Your return is approved for refund. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at speedysemail@gmail.com. Please note Ascent Eyewear reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for any reason.
